Follow these easy steps to create B2B shipments manually in your customer dashboard.
1. Access the Shipment Section & Switch the Toggle from B2C to B2B
- Access your customer dashboard.
- Go to your “Shipments” section → click on "New Shipment" at the top right corner.
- Select "Manually" from the top menu.
- Toggle to B2B to reveal additional options.
2. Select Processing Standard: Amazon pre-FBA, or byrd Standard
- For Amazon pre-FBAenter required details:
- FBA Number,
- Total Net Value of Products (optional),
- Amazon Reference ID/PO.

- For byrd Standard enter required details:
- Reference ID,
- Total Net Value of Products.

3. Enter All Relevant Information for the Shipment
- Choose shipping service (for Parcel): Standard, Express, Economy option.
- Choose shipping service (for Pallet): Standard or Self pickup.
- Enter recipient information: Provide recipient details.
- Add Shipment Contents: List all items included in the shipment.
- Enter Order Information: Fill out necessary order details.
- Customs Requirements: Only required for orders shipping to non-EU countries. Ensure the following details are included in the Product sectionof your dashboard:
- Price per item
- Customs Tariff Number
- Weight per item
- Country of Origin
- Upload Additional Documents:
- Upload required documents like Amazon FBA labels and delivery notes.
- Ensure "Print" is set and select "Label" for labels or "Document" for other documents.
4. Create Shipment and Release It
- Click "Create Shipment" in the lower right corner after entering all information.
- The shipment will appear under the "Created" tab in the "Shipments" section.
- Select the shipment marked as B2B and click on the "Release" button on the right side to authorize them for further processing and shipment.
5. Processing and Sending Your Shipment
Once you have released your shipment, you can monitor its status at any stage, from warehouse processing to final delivery:
- B2B Parcel Shipments: The process is the same as with B2C shipments.
- B2B Pallet Shipments (Germany only): The DB Schenker integration allows for automatic sharing of tracking links.
- B2B Pallet Shipments (Other Countries): Shipping information will be shared via a ticket.

6. Self Pick-Up Option
If the required service for pallet shipments cannot be provided by byrd, you can handle the pick-up yourself. Follow the self-pickup procedure and ensure you coordinate with us to provide necessary information for a smooth process.
