A shipment represents the process of picking, packing, and shipping an order to the recipient. It consists of at least one parcel or shipping unit.
You can easily track your shipments at any time using the byrd dashboard by following these steps:
1. Access the Shipment Section
- Access your customer dashboard.
- Go to your "Shipments" section.
2. View Shipment Details
- Here, you will find all information regarding the:
- byrd ID: A unique identifier for each shipment.
- Order: The order number associated with the shipment.
- Type: The type of shipment (such as B2B or B2C).
- Recipient: The name of the recipient and their address.
- Items: The number of items in the shipment.
- Details: Other details of the shipment (such as parcel type or shipment method).
- Status: The current status of the shipment (such as address valid or invalid).
3. Understanding Shipment Stages and Statuses
Understanding the various shipment statuses in the byrd customer dashboard is crucial for your efficient logistics management. Here is a step-by-step overview of each main stage and their statuses:

Transition to "Sent" Status and Tracking Link
Once the shipment reaches the "Packaged" stage, it will automatically move to "Sent", where you will be able to see the tracking link generated for your shipment.
4. How to Track Your Parcel
- Go to the "Sent" tab in the Shipments section.
- Click on the arrow next to the byrd ID assigned to your order.
- Click on the tracking link displayed in the right column under "Additional".
- You will be taken directly to the shipping partner's tracking page.
