Generating an inventory report in your byrd dashboard is a simple process that provides a detailed overview of your current stock, organized by lot number or warehouse location. Here’s how you can create it:
1. Accessing the Inventory Report
Firstly, download a report on the current inventory in the warehouse from your customer dashboard.
- Navigate in your dashboard to the "Inventory" section.
- Click on the "Inventory Report" button at the top right.
2. Exporting the Inventory Report
You can export the report in two ways:
- Itemized by Lot Number: Includes one row per SKU and each LOT number for SKUs with batch tracking.
- Itemized by Warehouse: Organized by warehouse location.
Note: If the "itemize by lot" option is selected, one row per SKU and one for each individual LOT number is included for each SKU that has batch tracking activated.
