How to Adjust Your Shipment Settings

Learn how to adjust your shipment settings in your customer dashboard. Customize when tracking emails are sent and automate shipping options to meet your business needs by simply ticking the box.


1. Send Tracking Emails

  • Choose to automatically send tracking emails.

  • Disable this option if your web shop/marketplace already sends them to avoid duplicates.

2. Enable Automatic Shipping Option Switch

Automatically switch economy shipments to standard if necessary, for instance when parcels are too large to be sent as an economy shipment. Please note that this may increase shipping costs.
