Learn how to handle product flag issues in your dashboard. Our warehouses might flag some of your products if certain product details are missing or incorrect. These flagged products will be visible in your dashboard, helping you quickly identify and resolve any issues. Please be aware that not resolving flagged products might delay the inbounding of your deliveries.
1. Identifying Flagged Products
- Flagged products will appear on the "Product" list page in your dashboard, highlighted in amber.
- These products have a button in the details section to open the product edit page.
2. Accessing the Edit Product Page
- Click the "Resolve Issues" button to open the "Edit Product" page.
- An amber banner at the top will indicate that the product has missing or incorrect information.
3. Resolving Issues
- Review the flagged details, marked with an amber flag.
- If you believe the product is correctly created, you can choose to decline all changes by clicking "Decline All."
4. Updating Details
- Change the values of the flagged options as needed.
- The amber flags will turn into green checks once corrected, and the banner at the top will also turn green.
- Click "Confirm" to save the changes.
5. Partial Updates
- If multiple flags exist and you update only some, a pop-up message will appear when you click "Confirm". It will notify you that not all flags were updated and ask if you wish to proceed.
