Learn how to manage multi-unit shipments in your byrd dashboard by breaking them down into individual parcels or pallets. Each unit will have its own dimensions, tracking information, and detailed contents, with labels and documents generated for each unit individually.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Track Units in the Customer Dashboard
After a shipment is packed, you can track its units in the Customer Dashboard.
- Go to "Shipments."
- Navigate to In Warehouse > Sent > All.
- In the specific shipment, click the arrow next to the byrd ID for a more detailed view.
2. Manage Units
- Find units listed in the Units tab within the Shipment Detail view.
- Each unit can be sent individually, with its own tracking number.
- The shipment status will change to "Sent" once all units have been dispatched.
