To send us a request, create a ticket using the New Support Ticket function. Please follow these steps:
Creating a Support Ticket
- Go to Support Portal
- Go to the »Support Portal«
- Select Request Type
- Choose the type of request that matches your issue.
- Add a Subject
- Provide a clear subject line.
- Compose Your Message
- Detail your issue or question.
- Be specific to help us resolve your request quickly.
- Attach Files if Needed
- Add any relevant files or screenshots.
Submitting the Request
- Click Submit after filling in the details.
- You will receive a reply to your registered email.
- The ticket will be visible in your portal for tracking.
