Easily connect your WooCommerce shop to your byrd account by following these steps:

1. Log in to Your Accounts

Log in to your WooCommerce admin account.
Log into your byrd Dashboard.

2. Add Your Shop Connection

Go to “Settings” (top right) in the byrd Dashboard.
Open the "Shop Connections" tab.
Click "Add Shop Connection," select "WooCommerce," and enter your shop name and domain. (Copy the domain from your WooCommerce tab.)

3. Authorize the Connection

You will be redirected to WooCommerce.
Click the "Approve" button to be redirected back to the byrd dashboard.
Your shop is now connected.

4. Verify Webhooks (Optional)

Log into your WooCommerce account.
Hover over "WooCommerce" in the left menu, then click on "Settings".
Click on "Advanced", then "Webhooks".
Ensure the webhooks are active (updated, created, deleted). This ensures orders placed in WooCommerce are visible in the byrd dashboard under Shipments → New Shipments → Shop Import.

5. Install the Shipment Tracking Extension

If you want tracking info to be updated in WooCommerce orders by byrd, install the shipment tracking extension if you haven’t done so already.
